Clearly the kids dropped the ball on this blog post but maybe it was because we had so much fun once we got to Orlando! We rode all the cool rides at Universal Studios, drank butter beer, filled up on popcorn, large donuts, and cotton candy, watched parades, saw alligators, and touched our toes in the warm Atlantic. We took side trips to South of the Border, Monticello, and Savannah. Theo slept (after all the fun), Sam cast spells with his wand, and Sophia went on the fastest roller coaster! It was a good trip. We also knocked off the rest of the states east of the Mississippi. On to our next adventure...

This is our new blog page for our awesome trip to Orlando. We (Sophia, Sam, and Theo) FINALLY convinced our parents to take us. They claim that it was Sam's awesome persuasive report on Florida last year, and that may have been part of it, but we are still going to Universal, and we are still VERY excited. We have been fighting various forms of sickness for the past week, but we are over it and ready to enjoy Universal Studios. We started our adventure at 4:30 am yesterday, and made our way down to North Carolina. We hit 6 states in the first few hours, but it got really long when we got to Maryland. And Maryland welcomed us with snow, which disappointed us all. We were hoping that it would get a little warmer. We went to see our friend Sean in North Carolina, and we went to this really good pizza place(Brixx) for dinner. We stayed at a hotel, for we didn't want to get anyone else sick. The hotel was great, but I made sure to take a cool waffle picture(below) to, you know, show you exactly what I ate for breakfast. The other pictures are gifts from Sean. We all say thanks! Today, we hit South Carolina and Georgia for the very first time. I will make another page for the states that we have been to. We being the kids. (I have been to one more state then Sam and Theo). We went to a really nice park in South Carolina for lunch. It was very warm and felt very nice compared to Massachusetts. After driving through South Carolina, we entered Georgia. Georgia was also very warm, and we met up with our aunt, uncle, and cousins. We had never seen their house, so it was nice to come out to see them. The boys made sure to shoot me a million times with their NERF guns, and they had a light saber fight in the backyard. They finally settled down, and that is where we are now. We will keep you guys posted, and Sam requested that if anybody has any cool rides at Universal, to comment on them. We are excited to hear what you have to say.
